The rules have NOT changed:

North Carolina still requires a permit to carry a concealed handgun.
​
There are no short cuts to obtaining a legal Concealed Carry Permit in North Carolina. An applicant can not qualify through an online course!
​
North Carolina still requires a certificate from an approved class to apply for the Concealed Carry Permit.
​
North Carolina still requires that an applicant for the Concealed Carry Permit must be 21 years and above.
​
There is no such thing as "permit less/constitutional" concealed carry in North Carolina! That never became law!

You get what you pay for!
Hitting the Mark Firearms Training has hosted more than 1300 classes over 17 years. There have been more than 4000 people certified through this location! That's a lot of experience!

Classes are held on Saturdays, but I can be flexible. Tell me what you need and I'll do what I can to make it happen!
North Carolina Concealed Carry - Handgun (NC CCH)
This course is the North Carolina Justice Academy Model Course which has been approved by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education & Training Standards Commission. Completion of this course earns the participant the certificate required by NC General Statutes to obtain a Concealed Carry - Handgun Permit. This course covers:
Carrying a concealed handgun is an awesome responsibility. The consequences of improperly wielding such dangerous power demands participants be highly responsible, deeply considerate of others and genuinely honest in their commitments. Participants must be prepared mentally, morally, spiritually and financially for the careful consideration of the lifestyle of carrying a concealed firearm and the consequences for using deadly force in defense of themselves and others.
